Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of problem solving technical access issues for site teams and developing team members in compliance, quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily progress and implement strategies to ensure productivity, safety, and quality targets are met.
* Problem solve technical access issues for site teams.
* Develop team members in compliance, quality, safety, and productivity.
* Conduct site inspections and measurements.
* Schedule labour teams based on project deadlines and company requirements.
* Develop relevant content and deliver toolbox meetings and staff training sessions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a supervisor in the construction industry.
* Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding Ticket preferred.
* Highly organised and able to co-ordinate and monitor multiple teams.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Communication skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve issues.
* Driver's Licence.
