Through a structured and transparent process, we combine specialised advice with personal and business lending solutions. This includes residential loans, commercial loans, and asset finance.The role will advise and assist clients with finance applications, in line with policy, statutory and professional standards. With a focus on providing high-quality finance solutions to existing and prospective customers, key responsibilities will include:Manage the complete asset finance application processProvide accurate and appropriate information to clientsEffectively and proactively obtain finance approvals in a timely mannerCreate accurate and professional applications and documentationManage client enquiries professionally, efficiently and in a timely mannerMaintain 100% compliance at all times and in all dealingsContribute to the processing of commercial loan applications within knowledge baseCapably and confidently use required systems and software, including Microsoft officeBuild relationships with lendersSuccessfully build strong relationships with clientsRepresent Shakespeare in a professional and ethical mannerMaintain and keep up with industry, product and legislative knowledgeTo be successful in this role, you will have:Knowledge of lending, and mortgage principles, standards, and professional guidelinesStong attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlinesExcellent skills in Word, Excel, Outlook & ExplorerHighest standard of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalismWillingness to undertake internal and external training as provided by the firmTime management skills, with ability to multitaskWHAT WE OFFERBy joining the Shakes team, you will be offered:Supportive, friendly, and welcoming team environmentFlexible working hours and WFH one day per weekHighly active and engaging social clubAn active sports community – join our cycling and running teams or enjoy weekly bootcampAt Shakes, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
