Painting Specialist Role

* Prepare surfaces by removing old coatings, repairing imperfections, and smoothing areas to achieve professional finishes.
* Mix and prepare paints, stains, and varnishes to obtain precise colours and textures required for each project.
* Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, delivering consistent results.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of one year experience in painting or related trades is necessary.
* Strong attention to detail is crucial in producing high-quality finishes.
* The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
* Familiarity with safety procedures and experience working at heights is highly desirable.
