This is a key position within our insurance brokerage, supporting the Branch Manager in our busy Maroochydore office. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Insurance Broker to join our dynamic and growing team.
As a skilled assistant broker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations, including client service, policy administration, and assisting with renewals and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Branch Manager with client account management and administrative tasks.
* Assist with quoting, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and underwriters in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
