Location: Warrnambool Region, VIC

Are you an experienced and driven sales professional with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? Do you thrive on achieving sales targets and love using data to make smart decisions? We're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Warrnambool.


Responsibilities

* Maximize sales profitability and growth within assigned accounts by taking a relationship-based approach.
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships, making in-person visits and presentations as required.
* Coordinate the sales effort with internal teams—including marketing, technical, production, and accounts—to ensure a smooth process for our customers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and monitor sales performance indicators to proactively identify areas for growth.
* Develop effective sales strategies by understanding customer and competitor activities to act as a trusted advisor.


About You


You're a proactive and results-oriented professional with a "can-do" attitude. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people at all levels. You are widely trusted and known for your integrity and truthfulness.


Key Qualifications & Experience

* A degree or diploma in Business Studies or a related field is preferred, along with prior completion of sales courses.
* You have 3+ years of experience selling products within the building materials market, preferably in an environment with a long supply chain. Experience in a windows business is a plus
* You are comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings and documents and have strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* You are skilled in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* You have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and you're able to manage your time effectively to juggle multiple tasks.
