We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a key defence infrastructure project in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or civil engineering, strong site management experience, and the ability to work within a structured environment.

What You Need
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
* Minimum 5 years' experience in site-based or project engineering roles
* Previous experience on Defence or large-scale infrastructure projects desirable
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing on-site construction and engineering activities
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and Defence representatives
* Ensuring project timelines, quality, and compliance targets are met
* Conducting site inspections and managing technical standards
* Overseeing safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
* Maintaining clear project documentation and progress reports
