This is not your typical FM role.
A growing residential living operator across South East Queensland is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take genuine ownership of their built environment across a multi-site portfolio.
You won't be doing basic maintenance coordination. This is a senior, strategic position where you'll work directly with Village Managers across the portfolio, ensuring the right contracts are in place, asset performance is tracked and preventative maintenance is running to a high standard. You'll also lead a small team and manage contractor relationships across multiple sites.
What the role involves:
* Portfolio FM across residential sites in SEQ with regular Brisbane travel and fortnightly GC/SC visits
* Partnering with Village Managers on contracts, compliance and building upkeep
* Leading a small team and overseeing contractor performance
* Regular site audits and maintaining high standards across the portfolio
