Job Description
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining sector, focusing on wear solution offerings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with mine operators, EPCs, OEMs, design consultants, and service contractors.
* Conduct onsite product trials and technical demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
* Manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking activities.
* Develop a sound understanding of semi-technical steel plate products and their applications.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the mining or industrial services sectors.
* Familiarity with steel products or wear applications is highly regarded.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Technically minded, with a willingness to learn about product applications and industry needs.
* Comfortable with regular travel across North QLD, interstate, and occasionally internationally.
* Holds a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and can pass a pre-employment medical and D&A check.
