About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* High-level experience in workforce management (preferably rostering) transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organisation‐wide project environment.
* Experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focused on workforce management (preferably rostering) transformation.
* Ability to ensure workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learnt.
