Clinical Pharmacist Casual – Grade 1 & Grade 2
We are inviting motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacists to join the casual workforce within our unit‐based clinical pharmacy team. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and suitable applicants will be considered for either grade based on experience, capability and career stage.
About This Role
As a casual Clinical Pharmacist, you will deliver high‐quality unit‐based clinical pharmacy services across our Ballarat campus on a flexible, casual basis. As a member of our team, you will be immersed in a supportive, team‐driven environment that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth. This role includes opportunities to complete credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and participate in additional advanced scope of practice programs, helping you expand and elevate your clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
* Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
* Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents and other Grampians Health staff
* Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
Skills and Experience
* Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
* Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital environment is preferred
