* Develop and execute RMAN backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
* Conduct thorough database performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency.

* Possess extensive experience with Oracle database administration, including configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.
* Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
