About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join our growing UGG boots retail business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in online retail, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in eCommerce operations. The role will focus mainly on online customer service and platform support, while also assisting with basic eCommerce operations such as product listings, website updates, promotional activities and marketplace coordination.
You will play an important role in supporting our online customers, maintaining accurate product information across online channels, and helping ensure a smooth shopping experience across our websites and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product enquiries, order updates, delivery information, returns and exchanges
- Manage and update product listings across eCommerce websites and online marketplaces
- Upload and update product information, pricing, images and promotional content accurately
- Support basic website and marketplace operations, including category updates, product visibility and content maintenance
- Assist with online promotional campaigns, platform deals and sales activities
- Work closely with internal teams to support online sales growth and improve the customer experience
About You
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service, online retail, eCommerce, marketplaces or administration is preferred
- Solid attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Patient, responsible and able to follow up tasks until completion
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic understanding of eCommerce, online marketplaces or digital marketing is highly regarded
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, email systems or similar tools
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, marketplace seller portals, CMS platforms or customer service systems will be highly regarded
