**Position Description**
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too:

- Processing a weekly payroll for 90 + employees
- Payment of superannuation and tax
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Assist with interpretation and compliance of Employment
contracts, HR policies and Enterprise Agreements
- Maintain records of employee contracts, changes in terms, and
leave records
- Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to employee queries
- Relevant reporting duties
- Accounts receivable duties including allocating and receipting payments, processing credit notes, and reconciliations
- Identify improvement opportunities, whilst maintaining and creating relevant policies and procedures

Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong end to end payroll experience, and experience in a broader accounts environment to competed AR duties. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and assisting both the HR Manager and broader finance team when required. Additionally, you will have impeccable verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
