The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Sales Administrator to join our busy corporate sales team. This is a key role within our fleet operations, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, order forms, and documentationHandle incoming customer enquiries, delivering friendly and efficient serviceAssist with reporting, sales tracking, and general office administrationProactively support sales initiatives to help the team achieve targetsMaintain accurate records across CRM and internal systemsKeep customers updated on order progress and expected arrival datesLiaise with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirementRaise workshop and valet preparation instructions
About You
Previous administration experience (automotive or fleet experience desirable but not essential)Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlinesA proactive, team-focused approach
