Our Assistant Store Managers are known internally as Customer Service Managers. They are leaders in guiding team members to attain excellence in customer service and sales. They have impeccable attention to detail and are motivated to ensure operational and service standards are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach retail team to achieve customer service and sales excellence, setting goals and monitoring progress.
* Ensure visual merchandising for fashion/apparel is up-to-date and the store is well presented, tidy and engaging for customers.
* Model exceptional customer service and coach others to deliver it consistently.
* Resolve complaints and queries in a professional manner.
* Maintain zero-harm safety standards for customers and team as a top priority.
Qualifications
* Experienced retail people leader who is confident setting goals and targets with the team and managing their success.
* Strong understanding of visual merchandising of fashion/apparel and ability to keep the store well presented for customers.
* Ability to coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ability to resolve complaints and queries in a professional manner.
* Focused on zero harm and prioritising the safety of customers and team.
