Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our Real Estate Team in our Perth office. This is a parttime role working in the office Monday and Thursday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
This position supports day-to-day operations of facilities services and activities within an office. The role, which is office-based, consists of a variety of activities in support of daily operations and includes reception, mailroom, and general facility operations.
This focal role ensures each touchpoint across the client journey is engaging and effective for our employees, clients, guests and visitors.
This office-based role will;
* Work closely with the Perth team to ensure we foster a welcoming and inclusive experience;
* Support overall client experience including the physical workplace, technology and policies;
* Manage daily operations including reception, mailroom, general facility operations and maintenance requests;
* Proactively provide solutions to improve facilities services, activities, and the overall client experience;
* Assist in building or suite access control and the maintenance of a secure office;
* Provide general office support, including purchasing supplies, catering and event co-ordination;
* Assist with facility Health, Safety, and Environment tasks.
Here's what you'll need
* Previous experience in a similar role;
* A self-starter, someone who enjoys engaging with people and problem solving;
* Excellent skills in Microsoft packages;
* Exceptional organisation skills and approachable demeanour will be key to this agile role within our collaborative team environment.
