You'll lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of our operations.
You'll lead our team at Cannon Hill on the afternoon shift.
This is a key leadership role overseeing all slaughter floor operations — including yards, offal (upper and lower), co-products, and chillers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop production teams across the slaughter floor, yards, offal, and co-products areasManage production performance, costs, yields, and resource planningEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, AQIS, MSA, Halal, and Australian StandardsChampion workplace safety, wellbeing, and animal welfareOversee downtime reporting, maintenance coordination, and process improvement initiativesCollaborate with QA, HR, Maintenance, and Livestock teams to deliver operational excellenceIdentify and implement new business and process improvement opportunitiesAbout YouYou're a confident and capable leader with a passion for efficiency, quality, and people development.
