As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a passionate team committed to making a difference.
Based in Sydney Olympic Park, you'll work with diverse clients across the blue- and white-collar markets.
Your mission?
To help clients find exceptional talent while empowering candidates to achieve their career goals.
The Role:
Partner with Clients: Take detailed job briefs, advertise roles, and build lasting relationships.
Recruitment Excellence: Source, screen, shortlist, interview, place, and manage candidates.
Candidate Care: Foster meaningful connections and provide exceptional support.
Drive Business Growth: Engage in business development and account management.
Collaborate: Attend client meetings and enhance partnerships.
Master the Tools of the Trade: Use advanced recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc, and OnBoarded) to streamline your processes.
About You:
Experienced: A recruitment professional with a proven track record (blue- or white-collar experience preferred).
A Strong Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Organised: Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
Driven: Success in business development and meeting targets.
Resilient: Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
