About the role
Casual concrete labourer position available in our Rutherford factory.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Assist in manufacturing concrete Wastewater Treatment Systems
* Assemble PVC internal components
The position is casual and days/hours will range from Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to gain full time employment. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in concrete placement and finishing, who enjoys physical outdoor work and can work well in a team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting with concrete pours, screeding, finishing, and curing
* Preparing worksites: formwork, steel fixing, and clean‑up
* Operating basic tools and equipment safely
* Working collaboratively with team members
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
Skills and Experience
* Previous concreting or construction experience preferred
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
* Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
