Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Create and manage customer sales orders in the SAP ERP system, including EDI, direct entry and return order types.
* Engage with retail partners like JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman to address stock availability and other inquiries promptly.
* Provide comprehensive back-office support, assisting various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service/Internal Sales roles within a B2B or B2C organization, and experience using SAP to process sales orders and manage customer master data.
