About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and your role will be to make their stay with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. Your responsibilities will include checking in and out guests, taking payments, and providing excellent customer service. You will also need to have a good knowledge of our hotel's products and services, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, confident, and ambitious. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines. You will also need to be a team player and be able to assist with other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for guests and create a positive first impression
* Check in and out guests efficiently and effectively
* Take payments and handle guest queries and complaints
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Have a good knowledge of our hotel's products and services
Requirements
* 1 year previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services related role
* Proficiency using Opera Property Management system
* Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field preferred
* Literate and tech-savvy
* Articulate and able to communicate effectively
* Language - fluent in local language
* Savvy problem-solving skills
* Look smart and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
* Fitness - able to be on feet most of the day
