Main Responsibilities
* Assist with property transactions in Queensland, NSW, and Victoria
* Contribute to property developments, including off-the-plan projects
* Support corporate and commercial transactional matters
* Provide advice on SMSF transactions, on-sales, and other general property matters
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal for:
* A lawyer recently admitted in Queensland or eligible for admission
* A recent graduate or law student nearing the end of their degree
* An individual with a drive to learn and develop skills
* A commercial acumen and proactive client service approach
* Interest in property development or corporate transactions advantageous but not essential
* A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success
* Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa/permit to work in Australia
