Join Stockland as a Wholesale Sales and Partnerships Manager and play a pivotal role in the growth and performance of our B2B Wholesale channel across Victoria. In this strategically important leadership role, you will drive wholesale revenue and settlements by building strong builder and channel partnerships, embedding sales execution, and ensuring alignment to Stockland's national Wholesale strategy - all while supporting our purpose of creating better places and experiences for everyone.
Wholesale Sales and Partnerships Manager who is commercially minded, relationship‐driven and confident operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be passionate about partnering with builders and wholesale customers, using data and insight to drive performance, and collaborating across Sales, Development, Marketing and Finance to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Lead the end‐to‐end Wholesale (B2B) sales strategy and execution for the Victorian MPC portfolio, delivering sales, revenue and settlement targets aligned to national Wholesale strategy.
* Build, manage and grow strategic relationships with key builders and wholesale partners, acting as the primary day‐to‐day contact.
* Prepare and deliver annual wholesale sales plans, including MoUs, joint business plans, forecasting and performance reporting.
* Manage wholesale terms, agreements, inventory allocations and pipeline performance to optimise commercial returns and partner outcomes.
* Use market intelligence and partner insights to inform pricing, product, inventory and go‐to‐market decisions.
* Identify and mitigate settlement, contract and inventory risks, ensuring timely execution and strong customer outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Development, Marketing, Finance and Risk teams to ensure aligned, compliant and efficient wholesale delivery.

You enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands‐on delivery and are confident influencing outcomes through data, insight and strong partnerships. You are motivated by building high‐trust relationships, improving sales predictability and driving commercial performance across third‐party channels.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience in sales leadership, wholesale, channel or partnership management, ideally within residential property, land or home building.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, reporting, planning and contract negotiations.
* Demonstrated success managing third‐party sales channels and delivering against group sales and settlement targets.
* High capability in stakeholder engagement, able to influence outcomes across senior leaders, partners and cross‐functional teams.
* Experience using CRM and sales systems to manage pipelines, inventory and performance insights.
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience, along with a Real Estate Agent's Licence (or eligibility).
