Weatherford is seeking a Project Manager to lead project management activities across assigned projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are planned, executed, monitored and delivered in line with agreed scope, time, quality and cost requirements.
You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders and management to coordinate project delivery, identify risks, improve processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This is a hands‐on project management role with responsibility for guiding junior team members and supporting continuous improvement in how projects are delivered.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, coordination and execution activities
Ensure project scope requirements are delivered within agreed time, quality and cost expectations
Monitor project progress, risks, issues and deliverables
Prepare project reports, updates and recommendations for management
Provide technical guidance, support and mentorship to junior project professionals
Select appropriate tools, equipment and resources relevant to the project scope
Develop and implement process improvement plans to improve project delivery
Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements and audit expectations
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep projects on track
Support continuous improvement in project management systems and processes
Experience & Qualifications
University degree or diploma with 4–6 years' relevant project management experience
Master's / graduate degree with 2–4 years' relevant experience may also be considered
Doctorate / post-graduate degree with 0–2 years' relevant experience may also be considered
Qualified by experience candidates may also be considered
Strong understanding of project planning, execution and delivery principles
Ability to manage scope, timelines, quality requirements and cost expectations
Experience preparing project reports and communicating updates to management
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple departments
Ability to support, guide and mentor junior team members
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and simplification
