About This Role
Your new role:As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across the Transit Lounge and Medical Imaging, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care and efficient service delivery.
* Lead and coordinate clinical and operational activities to achieve best practice care and patient outcomes.
* Manage human, financial, and material resources, including budget oversight and workforce planning.
* Drive quality improvement, clinical governance, and compliance with safety and professional standards.
* Foster a positive team culture through leadership, mentoring, and workforce development initiatives.
About You
You are an experienced and confident nursing leader with strong clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You have:
* Proven leadership experience in complex healthcare environments, ideally within patient flow, transit or imaging services.
* Strong capability in resource management, including workforce planning, budgeting, and performance management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive quality improvement, and implement evidence-based practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build high-performing teams.
