We are seeking an experienced leader to join our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a fast-paced venue with a small seasonal menu.
* Develop and implement staff training programs to improve systems and efficiency.
* Lead a small friendly team and work closely with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service.
* Ensure the venue is presented in an attractive and well-maintained manner.
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
