SHAMELESS MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR
ROLE PURPOSE
This role is all about supporting the Partnerships team and helping bring our campaigns to life. You'll assist with the day-to-day admin, keep campaigns running smoothly, and work closely with internal teams to make sure our partnerships feel seamless. It's a great opportunity if you've had some exposure to media, marketing, PR, or sales, and want to build a solid foundation in brand partnerships.

Experience:
Around 1 year in media, PR, marketing, digital, or campaign support. Recent grads with some relevant internship or coordinator experience are encouraged to apply, as is anyone with Executive Assistant experience.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Admin & Organisation:
* Keep things running with great communication and attention to detail
* Help manage tasks and timelines to keep the team on track
* Be solutions-focused when plans change or challenges pop up
Campaign Support & Coordination:
* Assist in creating contracts and booking forms
* Organise brand assets and ensure campaign details are ready to go
* Manage campaign implementation and help deliver high-quality work
* Collect and organise data for post-campaign reports
* Coordinate with talent and editorial to make sure partnerships align with our tone and content
* Use tools like Boostr (CRM), Megaphone, Mailchimp, and Meta Analytics to support reporting
What We're Looking For:
* 1 year of experience
in a media, marketing, PR, or digital role (internships or entry-level experience count)
