**About the opportunity**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll be responsible for business development and the strategic commercial growth across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- **Relationship Builder**: Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and business goals.
- **Financial Analysis**:Undertake financial modelling for business growth opportunities, including new contract opportunities and growth areas with existing contracts.
- **Operational Effectiveness**: Review existing operations and supplier agreements in order to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- **Risk Management**: Negotiate contracts and work within the company's commercial risk parameters and business rules.
- **Strategic**: Contribute to the business's strategic direction across NSW & QLD.
