An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Innovation, Marketing & Technology team in Sydney
The purpose of this role is to provide Salesforce support to enable successful user adoption, maximise CRM benefits and to recommend and embed enhancements. This role will also help assess the quarterly updates to Salesforce.
**The Role**
- Act as a data custodian ensuring data is accurate, secure and accurate for analysis and optimisation. Work with various teams to drive data enrichment
- Manage enhancements queue by discussing requests with technical team and determining if/what solution may be available and effort involved
- Ensure all relevant lines of business are aware of enhancements that may impact them
- Conduct requirements validation sessions to ensure enhancement requests are fully understood
- Conduct solution design reviews to ensure solution will meet business needs
- Partner with IT team to coordinate UAT for enhancements
- Conduct Salesforce Release Review and determine features applicable to the business, working with the IT team
- Conduct training sessions and create Quick Reference guides to provide users with better understanding of enhancements and opportunity to ask questions
- Provide user support as needed - explaining how to do something one-to-one or team, mass change record ownership if needed, etc.
- Provide regular enhancements/system overview with super users to ensure they are knowledgeable about the system and comfortable enough with it to provide peer support and conduct user acceptance testing
- Liaise with senior management and super users to identify opportunities for improvement
**About You**
- 2+yrs working with Salesforce CRM in a complex multifaceted organisation
- Proven track record in delivery
- Understanding of the property industry and key customer groups
- Current Salesforce Certified Administrator - minimum certification
- Salesforce configuration, reporting & dashboard experience
- Data management and analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business areas
- Facilitate team discussions
- Strong influencing skills
