We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Renovation Project Manager to oversee a villa renovation project. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project end-to-end and ensuring all works are delivered to quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage high end residential / villa renovation projects.
* Overall manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout each phase of the renovation
* Work with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scoping.
* Source and manage tradespeople and suppliers as per owner request
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years' experience in residential construction or renovation management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
* Competency in project management software and construction budgeting.
* Relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
