Join a global business operating in the Transport/logistics sector. This is a part time temporary assignment (2 days per week or 3 with shorter hours), with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate, efficient end-to‐to‐end payroll services for around 250 employees, HR compliance and general coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees across two awards and agreements
* Manage employee data through Dayforce and Workday systems
* Handle HR inbox and queries
* Act as the key point of escalation for complex payroll issues
* Prepare reporting, reconciliations and ensure compliance
* Perform manual data entry
* Report to the HR Director
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong understanding of award interpretation, especially Clerks and Road and Transport awards
* Proficiency in using payroll systems such as Workday and Dayforce
* Excellent attention to detail and proactive, solutions‐focused approach
* Basic generalist experience as part of an HR team
* Ability to manage challenging conversations and resolve payroll queries promptly and professionally
