Join our Global Regulatory Engagement and Governance team in Commodities and Global Markets who play a critical role in managing and uplifting regulatory engagements across our global footprint.
In office attendance is required for this role 3-4 days per week.
What role will you play?
As a Regulatory Engagement Manager, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of regulatory engagements, supporting across all aspects of preparation and execution for the Commodities and Global Markets business.
You will develop high quality regulatory engagement materials, manage governance deliverables such as the regulatory engagement plan, quarterly management reporting and timely escalations.
You will also closely support the APAC and EMEA Regulatory Engagement Leads and the Global Head of Regulatory Engagement and Governance.
What You Offer
5+ years' experience in regulatory engagement, governance, or legal and compliance within financial services or a regulated industry
Exceptional communication skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a proven ability to create visually engaging presentations that clearly communicate data and insights
Strong project management and organisational skills, with a focus on proactive planning and execution
Demonstrable risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
Front Office or Line 1 Risk experience will be highly regarded.
