As a Junior Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. - Process and assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee payments and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and financial transactions to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing invoices, verifying payment details, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, bills, contracts, and expense reports.
- Support office management tasks to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, supporting project analysis, and completing ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager or executive team.

About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
* 1-2 years experience in AP, AR, payroll, or a similar finance role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.
* Confident working autonomously, taking ownership of responsibilities, and proactively solving problems.
* Skilled at communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
