The Opportunity

You'll be involved in the fabrication of steel components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesLearn and grow under the guidance of experienced tradespeople (for apprentices)
What We're Looking For Qualified Boilermakers
Experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Genuine interest in steel fabrication and welding
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good work ethic and reliability
Completion of Year 10 or higher preferred
