What you'll be doing
Manage all retail-related activities, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising and customer service
Ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations by overseeing daily workflow, managing staff schedules and delegating tasks
Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations, standards and company policies
Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the pharmacist manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives
Represent the pharmacy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and the local community
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including inventory control, staff management and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance
Passion for the pharmacy industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer care
