Life Stream Australia has an opportunity for a Support Worker to become a part of a great team supporting Participants with an intellectual disability in the Rockhampton region. Work is permanent part time and may involve community access programs, centre based programs and STR support (including sleepovers). Life Stream Australia is a NDIS registered service provider and as such, requires employees to have a NDIS Worker Screening Card. Employees are required to have (or have the capacity to get) their first aid certificate (including CPR), a smart phone and a reliable vehicle.
