Warehouse Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, managing stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
About the Role
This is a key position within our operations team, requiring a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to all customers of the warehouse, including responding to queries, generating quotes, and managing ongoing orders.
* Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
* Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations, including receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch, and delivery of packaged lubricants products.
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
* Perform routine compliance, maintenance, and inspection tasks to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

* A current forklift license and experience in operating equipment safely.
