**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has partnered with a privately owned, highly regarded Western Australian company providing steel fabrication, hard facing and precision machining services to Australia's mining and resource markets.
The key responsibilities of this role are,
- Set up new starters / terminations in Paysonline / RMS and issue clock cards.
- Back up for Payroll in the event of absence of the HR Manager.
- Process annual leave requests and update leave tracker accordingly.
- Order uniforms for new employees and the divisional monthly uniform order.
- Create electronic and hard copy new employee/labour files and scan/file all employee docs.
- HR Filing and adhoc duties.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings in any disciplinary meetings.
- Cover reception at lunch times and in the event of absence.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Prior Experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to High level experience in administration roles.
- Following company processes and procedures.
- Reporting required by the business inclusive of any analysis / commentary.
- Consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholder.
- Comply with all company safety procedures.
- Report all incidents, hazards, or any other safety observations immediately.
- Be actively involved in all safety meeting and training when applicable.
- Company appointed, First Aid / Fire Warden / Occupational Health & Safety Representative duties as it is defined in OHS procedures.
