Create Right is a full service video production house, we make brands the main event with original video.
We're looking for a part-time admin, someone who works well independently, collaboratively and can add their own flavour to the team. Communicate well, and take on feedback and you'll be great. The videos we make are cool, sure, but the systems that run them are cooler. Do any of the following words make you feel tingly: invoices, spreadsheets, profit, Gantt, deadlines, timeframes, goals, pricing, client comms? We need someone who lives and dies by the details. If you're the nerd who buys coloured labels and binders—this role is your destiny.
You'll be handling:
* Email comms
* Quoting & invoicing in Xero
* Updating jobs in Monday
* Managing budgets with spreadsheets
* Setting up jobs
* Calendar bookings
That's the starting point, this role will grow in line with your strengths. There will be opportunity to move into proposals, pitching, production management and producing—probably perfect for people like you.
We're far more interested in finding the right person than finding someone with the perfect work history—we can teach you the specifics as we go.
