**About your new job**
Working closely with another payroll officer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis
- Calculating PAYG, super, and leave entitlements
- Responding to and resolving payroll queries
- Payroll reconciliation and month-end reporting
- Interpreting Awards and EBAs
- Calculate and process termination payments
- Set up new employees and assist HR when required
**About You**
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:
- A proven track record in Payroll and extensive experience
- Ability to work autonomously in a full-function capacity
- Understanding of Microsoft packages
- Previous experience with large payroll systems and T&A
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
