* Provide expert technical direction and practical solutions across Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines for crucial projects, primarily serving Tier 1 Mining, Ports, Oil & Gas clients.
* Leverage your established professional network within the Karratha and broader Pilbara community to build robust client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Drive the full project lifecycle, from detailed design (applying deep knowledge of relevant Australian Standards) through to active construction support and effective site-based assessments and remediation.
* Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior staff, ensuring seamless collaboration, and leading multidisciplinary teams in remote settings.

The ideal candidate is an established Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng preferred) with:
* Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering and major projects.
* Extensive hands-on site experience with proven engagement with Tier 1 Contractors and Clients, ideally within the Pilbara region.
* A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to complex structural and logistical challenges.
* An established and strong professional network within the Karratha and broader Pilbara community.
Location: Karratha
Duration: Full Time, commencing November 2025 or flexible pending right candidate.
