Job Description As a Revit Technical Officer with Egis, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality 3D models and design documentation for client substation designs within the electrical distribution industry.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your BIM and drafting skills in a supportive engineering design team and contribute to projects across Victoria and other states.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining AutoCAD and Revit models for substation layouts, equipment arrangements, and associated building services.
Preparing design drawings and documentation in coordination with electrical engineers and design staff.
Assisting with site survey data integration into Revit models where required.
Collaborating in a team environment, while learning to work efficiently and autonomously on allocated tasks.
Qualifications To be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally have recent demonstrated experience in a similar electrical design draftsperson role within industry.
In addition, you will also have: Technical qualification such as a Diploma of Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia Current full Victorian Driver's License Experience in electrical or mechanical drafting and/or design using REVIT is essential Knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical services design will be highly regarded Additional Information We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
