Automation Technician Role

As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial control systems using online PLC and SCADA tools across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers across different industries
* Perform preventative, corrective, and recommended maintenance and documentation
* Carry out electrical installation works
* Offer offsite remote support
* Assist with the commissioning of projects
* Manage on-site timekeeping and invoicing
* Promote a strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
* Must have experience in industrial electrical work
* Electrical installation and commissioning experience
* Commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability and desire to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A-Grade Electrical Licence
* Australian driver's licence
* Right to work in Australia
* Hazardous Areas (EEHA) - desirable
* Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation and Control - desirable
