Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + super
Hours: 40 hours

Location: Alice Springs / NT (projects may include remote work)
We are seeking an additonal experienced or Junior Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from award through to completion.
This role is suited to a practical, commercially minded Project Manager who can manage projects efficiently within standard working hours, while maintaining strong control over cost, program, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
-End to end project delivery
- Program, cost, and budget management
- Subcontractor and consultant coordination
- Procurement and contract administration
- Site oversight and quality control
- Client and stakeholder management
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- WHS and compliance oversight
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or development
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Organised, decisive, and outcome-focused
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Trade or site experience desirable but not required
