Your role, your contribution
* Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
* Answer external calls and manage front desk
* Complete daily mail processing, banking, manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support
* Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff
* Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
* Support the team with lodgements, filing and other tasks

What you will bring to the role
* Experience in a Corporate Reception or a Frontline customer facing position
* Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience
* A proactive and team-player with excellent Client and stakeholder relationship building skills
* Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem solving and attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
