THE ROLE Big Opportunity: High-Volume Pipeline With Strong Brand Backing Work/Life: Mon–Fri, Parramatta-Based Field + Office Mix You'll proactively identify and convert new Fleet opportunities while deepening relationships with existing accounts.
Day to day, you'll manage enquiries end-to-end—quotations, vehicle orders and general requests—delivered accurately and on time to meet KPIs.
You'll run, analyse and distribute monthly Fleet reports for management, and work closely with the Fleet Manager and team to hit targets and keep customer satisfaction high.
To minimise time spent on administration and maximise time on deals, you will have the support of a dedicated Fleet Coordinator.
The position blends field sales with the necessary admin to keep deals moving.
YOU'LL NEED Success in this seat looks like at least two years in Fleet Sales within a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
You're proactive, spot opportunities early and have a track record of turning leads into signed orders.
Clear communication, strong numeracy and tight organisation help you prioritise and meet deadlines.
You're confident across the MS Office suite, and familiarity with leasing products and services is an advantage.
THE OFFER A competitive retainer is on offer along with a generous commission structure, OTE is expected to be anywhere from $110k - $160k depending on sales performance.
