The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced contractor coordinator to join our winery maintenance team in the role of Contractor Coordinator - Winery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Contractor management including engagement, induction, onboarding, verification of compliance and suitability, review of completion of works, performance evaluation
* Scheduling preventative maintenance
* Maintenance of accurate records of inductions, risk assessments, permits, work orders, service history
* Communicate maintenance schedules and planned works with internal teams to minimize operational disruption
* Coordinate emergency and reactive maintenance as required, including after-hours support
About You:
You will have at least 2 years' experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or contractor supervision in a winery, food & beverage, manufacturing, or industrial environment, and a strong working knowledge of WHS principles, induction, risk assessments, and a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. In addition you will have:
* Strong organisation, documentation, and monitoring skills
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and priorities in a timely manner
* Intermediate level of computer literacy with Office365 applications
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and numerical skills.
