Real Estate Sales Support Assistant
A highly organized and proactive individual is sought to provide administrative support to our sales team. This dynamic role involves a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the sales process, from pre-listing to settlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales compliance documentation, liaising with vendors and buyers, and facilitating marketing activities such as styling and maintenance.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of this position include:
1. Loading vendor and property details into our CRM system.
2. Managing all sales compliance documentation.
3. Facilitating quotes and approvals for styling and maintenance.
4. Liaising with councils and strata for rates, signage, and reports.
5. Preparing listing kits and OFI packs.
6. Creating and proof-reading advertising copy.
7. Organizing and tracking marketing tasks including signboards and deliveries.
8. Handling CRM data entry and tagging (enquiries, buyers, anniversaries).
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
1. Real estate experience, preferably in an administrative or PA role.
2. The ability to juggle multiple tasks with confidence.
3. A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
4. High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
