Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Risk Specialist to manage our health and safety protocols.


Main Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support
o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and document preparation.
o Manage office operations, including scribing minutes and maintaining records.
* Document Control
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our SharePoint system.
o E nsure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Reporting and Data Management
o Prepare internal and external health and safety reports.
o Monitor critical control schedules and track action items.
* Collaboration and Communication
o P articipate in interactive health and safety activities.
o Support incident investigation meetings and maintain accurate data entry.

About You:

* Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in administrative roles, preferably in health and safety-focused environments.
* Strong understanding of document control systems and SharePoint functionality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
