Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Coordinator
This role involves supporting high-performing partners and business development professionals in contributing to business growth initiatives, client engagement, and brand visibility.
* Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, including seminars, webinars, and client briefings.
* Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including practice area content, lawyer profiles, and credentials.
* Assist with digital marketing initiatives, managing website content updates and social media channels.
* Support CRM activities, including updating databases, coordinating EDMs, and tracking analytics.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within professional services (ideally legal or accounting).
* Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a proven attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Digital marketing skills, including proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and CRM software.
* A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
